CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change the shipping address ONLY if the order has not been shipped.
If you need to modify the order information or cancel the order after placing the order, please contact our customer service in time. Once the package is shipped out and the system sends the shipping confirmation email, we will not be able to modify any order information.
Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.
If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

2. The tracking number we provide for US packages is not the local tracking number, so it cannot be tracked on the USPS official website.
